For me, I strive to achieve that freedom and I find it readily through an overall balanced fitness regimen. This type of approach causes my body to be more flexible, with a stronger core, and I am stronger in those typically weak locations. By working out regularly I don’t need to worry about having that sore back from sitting all day, or from high blood pressure and high cholesterol from a sedentary lifestyle.

FITNESS. You and I will work together to choose a fitness solution that meets your needs and will assist you in achieving your goals. There are quite a few fitness packages available for the Challenge though I find there are 2-3 that are perfect for busy professionals because they will fit into your busy schedules. These challenge programs are quick-hitting programs that can be completed in your own home. No schlepping to the gym or sitting in traffic. This is important so we can get you back to the other things you have to do.
NUTRITION. All Challenge programs include a nutrition guide that has been prepared by an elite team of nutritionists. Why is this important? Because nutrition is 90% of the battle. Your Challenge package also includes a 30-day supply of a Super-Food smoothie that contains over 70 natural, nutritious ingredients picked from the most fertile soils from around the world.
