JOIN MY 21 DAY FREE FITNESS BOOTCAMP
What is it?
This is a FREE 21-Day fitness challenge that I’ll be providing to those who are willing to commit just 3 weeks to eating clean and doing a daily short fitness workout. The workout will consist of simple exercises you can do at home with no equipment. You will be part of a group that will take place “virtually” in a private Facebook group and is hosted by me. The group will be “closed” so no one will be able to see your posts except for people in the group. The group will be lead by me, Greg Armfield an elite star diamond Team Beachbody coach, one of the top fitness coaches at Beachbody, the leading company in home based fitness programs and nutrition, and I’ll be your fitness coach for free.
Why do join my 21 day free challenge?
Because it’s a fun way to lose weight with a group of people doing the same workout as you. There will be daily support and motivation, plus meal tips, recipes, and clean eating advice to help you be successful. You don’t have to go to the gym, you can workout in your own home at whatever time you want. The group will be there online for you to check in with daily to post your status and get encouragement from other team members. Also there will be challenge prizes to keep you motivated to stay committed until the end and not to quit.
What are the details?
Just fill out the form below and submit your name and email address, and I’ll send you the link for the group and dates when the next challenge will begin. I’ll be giving you a daily post once the challenge starts which will contain the exercises for the day. Details on the type of workout and which exercises will be available in the group. The workout will generally start out easy maybe 5 minutes and work up to 20-30 minutes.
What am I expected to do?
Each Participant in the challenge commits to:
1. Eat Clean during the 21 day period of the challenge
2. Drink at least 1/2 of his or her weight in ounces of water per day
3. Check in daily to account for fitness, nutrition, and get support from the private Facebook group
4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
5. Have Fun!
