Below documents my meals each day.
Day 1 – down 3 lbs!
Felt full especially after drinking a gallon of water during the day.
Day 2 – Struggled with the lack of caffeine, and suffered from a headache.
Day 3 of the Ultimate Reset. Doing great! Yesterday I had a headache from lack of caffeine but today I felt really good. I even managed to drink my gallon of water! And tonight I even made sushi (veggie) rolls for the first time ever.
Day 4 of the Ultimate Reset.
Slept really good last night. Felt good all day. Amanda didn’t like the sushi roll as well the second day, but didn’t mind it at all.
Day 5 of the Ultimate Reset.
I lost another 3 lbs for a total of 6 lbs in 5 days!! This is freaking awesome! I feel like all I am doing is eating or preparing to eat and losing weight! I’ve been stuck in a plateau for such a long time it’s nice to see the scale moving down again. Also I’m getting to try foods I never would have tried before.
Day 6 of the Ultimate Reset.
Food today was awesome and very filling. I really don’t even miss meat.
Day 7 of the Ultimate Reset.
Week 1 / Phase 1 is done!!
Week 2 / Phase 2 – Day 1 of the Ultimate Reset.
I just started week 2 / phase 2 of the Ultimate Reset. This is the detox phase, and I have to drink some nasty powdery drink 3 times a day. It’s 100% natural so it’s not like other detox products on the market. It just gets your body to naturally cleanse itself, but you won’t be going to the bathroom any more than you already do. Also in phase 2 they cut out all animal products including diary. Now I’ll be 100% vegan.

The sweet potato & red pepper soup was awesome!
Week 2 Day 3 of the Ultimate Reset.
It may not look like a lot of food but it’s very satisfying.
Week 2 Day 4 of the Ultimate Reset.
Just half way done and I’ve lost 10 pounds already!!
Week 2 Day 5 of the Ultimate Reset.

Having cravings and missing eating out, but still going great and feel good.
Week 2 Day 7 of the Ultimate Reset.
I’m so glad I don’t have to drink that detox mix anymore!
Week 3 Day 1 of the Ultimate Reset.
Definitely have less energy and couldn’t workout even if I wanted to, but other than that I feel really good. I feel I’m sleeping better, I have less aches and pains, and I’m not sluggish at all when I wake. I miss coffee but I don’t feel I NEED it.
Week 3 Day 2 of the Ultimate Reset.

Seeing great results but getting tired of veggies. Had a vegan Chocolate Shakeology for a snack. Didn’t feel dinner was enough food.
Week 3 Day 4 of the Ultimate Reset.
We added the roasted beat and sweet potato because it wouldn’t have been enough food. Missing protein and diary, but only a few days left.
Week 3 Day 5 of the Ultimate Reset.

Tomorrow is my final day! I’m really amazed at how alert I wake up and how much energy I have during the day even though I’ve not had any coffee in 3 weeks! I don’t have energy to exercise, but I do have plenty of energy to get through the day, so feeling good. The week after the reset I will need to start slowly reintroducing foods back into my diet and doing some light exercise again.

Today is the final day (day 21)!
I finished the cleanse I took my final measurements. I lost 13 lbs and Amanda lost 14 lbs! I was amazed at these changes in my measurements: Body Fat: -4% and waist: -2″
