When doing P90X2 I highly recommend that you use these workout sheets to keep track of your reps, the weight you use, and to take notes on any issues or problems that you have. This is CRITICAL to your success with P90X2! This will help you to track your progress and to see where you’re going. It will also show you if you need to increase the weight of your dumbbells and how many reps you need to do to push yourself harder.
